Shannon Kluth, PHR

Shannon Kluth received her Bachelor's Degree in 2012 from the University of Colorado in Boulder. She brings 15 years of progressive leadership experience within many different industries with a career spanning from direct servicr to executive leadership. Throughout her journey, Shannon has found purpose in cultivating high-performing, people-centered organizations where employees and company customer service thrive.

With over 10+ years in executive and senior leadership roles, Shannon has built extensive expertise in talent strategy, employee engagement, workforce development, and organizational growth. She is passionate about shaping workplace cultures where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their highest potential. Her areas of focus include change management, leadership development, process optimization, employee relations, and aligning people strategy with organizational goals. As COO, Shannon is excited to continue leveraging her experience across the full employee lifecycle, driving strategic human resources initiatives, and cultivating strong, values-driven leadership teams.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys life with her husband, two children, cat, and dog and is always seeking new experiences and adventures!
