Shannon Kluth, PHR

Shannon Kluth received her Bachelor's Degree in 2012 from the University of Colorado Boulder. She brings 15 years of progressive leadership experience across a variety of industries, with a career spanning from direct service to executive leadership. Throughout her journey, Shannon has found purpose in cultivating high-performing, people-centered organizations where employees feel valued and supported and business performance and customer service thrive.

With more than 10 years in executive and senior leadership roles, Shannon has developed extensive expertise in talent strategy, employee engagement, workforce development, organizational growth, and executive and leadership coaching. She partners closely with executives and leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities, navigate complex organizational challenges, build accountability, and create cultures where people and businesses can thrive.

Shannon also brings deep expertise in employee relations, workplace policies, employment law, and risk and compliance. She has extensive experience navigating complex employee matters, developing and implementing policies and practices, coaching leaders through difficult situations, and helping organizations build consistent, legally sound, and people-centered approaches to the employee experience. As a trained Crucial Conversations facilitator, she is particularly passionate about helping leaders navigate difficult conversations with clarity, confidence, and empathy.

Her areas of focus include executive and leadership coaching, organizational development, change management, employee relations, employment policies and compliance, leadership development, process optimization, and aligning people strategy with organizational goals. As COO, Shannon is excited to continue leveraging her experience across the full employee lifecycle, providing strategic guidance to leaders and organizations while cultivating strong, accountable, and values-driven teams.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys life with her husband, two children, cat, and dog and is always seeking new experiences and adventures!
