Before her current career, Geneva spent eight years in the funeral industry, where she managed multiple high-pressure situations simultaneously. That experience taught her to listen to the full story, not just the easy parts, and to find solutions quickly in environments where timing and accuracy matter. It also reinforced her belief in community and the importance of showing up for people when it actually counts.

Throughout her career, Geneva has led major community initiatives, built partnerships across industries, expanded brands into new markets, and helped grow organizations from the ground up. She has developed community engagement strategies in large metro areas and is known for delivering results in fast-moving environments where clarity and execution matter.
