My Story
Laura Walker is a senior executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in human capital management, payroll, benefits administration, and multi-state workforce operations. As one of the Founders and Chief People Officer of Summit Range Consulting Group, she provides strategic oversight of people operations, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness, while supporting clients in optimizing their human resources, payroll, and bookkeeping functions.
She brings deep expertise in employee relations, risk mitigation, and the design of scalable HR and operational frameworks that support growth across complex, multi-jurisdictional environments. Laura is recognized for her disciplined approach to compliance, financial accuracy in workforce and bookkeeping processes, and her ability to drive operational efficiencies while maintaining a strong employee-centered culture. Through her work with clients, Laura partners with organizations to strengthen foundational business functions, streamline payroll and financial processes, and enhance HR infrastructure—ensuring alignment between people strategy and overall business performance.
